Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided

We offer auto repair, maintenance, bodywork, towing, and other automotive services. All services are subject to availability and are provided as described in our agreements and estimates.

2. Estimates and Payments

  • Estimates: All cost estimates are based on an initial inspection and may be adjusted if additional repairs or parts are required during the service process.

  • Payments: Full payment, including deductibles, supplements, and fees, must be made before the release of the vehicle. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, or other approved forms.

  • Lien Rights: We retain an express mechanic's lien as permitted under Section 70.001 of the Texas Property Code until full payment is received.

3. Vehicle Care and Liability

  • Customers must remove all personal belongings before leaving their vehicle for service.

  • World Tech Auto Service & Body Repair is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle or for damage caused by fire, theft, or other unforeseen events while the vehicle is in our custody.

  • Test driving and transportation of the vehicle may be necessary as part of the repair process, and the customer grants authorization for such activities.

4. Cancellations and Returns

  • Customers may cancel or modify service appointments with reasonable notice.

  • Refunds for prepayments or deposits will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to service or administrative fees.

5. Warranty

We stand by the quality of our work. Service warranties are provided as specified for individual services and parts. Warranty claims require proper documentation, including proof of service and payment.

6. Insurance and Claims

  • Customers authorizing World Tech Auto Service & Body Repair to liaise with insurance companies understand that we may negotiate claims to restore the vehicle to pre-accident condition.

  • Endorsement of insurance drafts by World Tech Auto Service & Body Repair is authorized for payment of repairs.

  • A $500 steering fee applies if the vehicle is removed without repairs due to insurance-related decisions.

7. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree to:

  • Not engage in unauthorized use, including hacking or copying content.

  • Provide accurate information when submitting forms or requests.
    We reserve the right to restrict access to our site for violations of these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

World Tech Auto Service & Body Repair is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from delays, services, or vehicle use.

9. Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy governs the collection and use of personal information. Please review it to understand how your data is handled.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and take immediate effect upon publication.
