I hereby authorize World Tech Auto Service & Body Repair to make any repairs, test drive, and/or transport my vehicle as may be necessary in connection with such repairs. I understand that World Tech Auto’s estimate of costs is based on its preliminary inspection and does not cover any additional labor or parts which may be necessary after repair has been initiated. Occasionally, worn or damaged parts are discovered during the course of repair which may not be evident upon the initial inspection when the estimate is presented. Therefore, the estimate of parts and labor is subject to adjustments to reflect additional parts and repairs. I agree to pay in full for all repairs made.
An express lien to Section 70.001 of the Texas Property Code is hereby granted to secure payment for all repairs. I understand that all payments for repairs, deductibles, supplements, rental car, and repossession fees (if any) must be tendered before my vehicle will be released. I further authorize World Tech Auto Service & Body LLC to be my representative to negotiate with any insurance company/representative regarding the restoration of the vehicle to pre-accident condition and value. World Tech Auto Service & Body LLC is authorized to endorse drafts from the insurance company securing payment.
If the vehicle is removed without repair due to insurance steering, a steering fee of $500.00 will be applied. By signing the form below, I agree to all terms and conditions.
